This whisky, it would appear, has been developed for the Australian market and is available there - it is the base/flagship wiser's expression which is available there. It is aged in a combination of barrels - new oak, first fill ex bourbon, and refill barrels for 5-9 years. The whisky, based on positioning and flavour, seems targeted towards mixing.

Orange, spice cake, and dry rye grain and oak lead into a dry and spicy palate with brown sugar and maple. The oak adds an earthiness to the whisky which brings in complexity, and the movement from nose to finish is intriguing. Almond milk and cinnamon come in on the end. Still, rather flat, though a bit of the rye in the background does do a bit of a dance with some nice floral and vegetal touches.
