This whisky is not to be confused with Wiser's Legacy (a much better whisky), but is a sourced product blended by Sazerac and blended and bottled at Buffalo Trace distillery for the American market, primarily (I haven't seen it in Canada).

Lightly fruity – apricot, peach, and orange juice, with some rye, pepper and rich grain feeding into a nicely put together whisky. Oak is present, and does some good work, bringing in a light earthiness and heaviness to temper the rest. Some light spice on the end, balanced with a bit of a sweet finish – stale cloves and stale cinnamon (I say stale because it doesn’t have the vibrancy of the fresh spices – few whiskies do, in fact). No major faults, but rather generic without a lot of depth. A bit young, in places, too….
